1. What is your role at Confex and how long have you worked here?
   I have been working at Confex now for 15 months; as a Finance Assistant. My main roles involve collecting and entering the Quarterly sales figures from our Suppliers, processing the promotional Retro claims for our members each period and handling the Health & Safety tasks at work. I used to work for Confex Central Distribution for 4 and ½ years so have been with Confex now for nearly 6 years.
2. What did you do before joining Confex?
   I trained for 3 years at University to be a Primary School Teacher. I now use my ‘Teachers Brain’ to help me in my day to day working life 😊
3. What do you do when you’re not at Confex?
   I usually just like relaxing at home, going on walks with my Partner or doing a bit of retail therapy! I also attended Art College in my teens so I always enjoy going out and about with my camera to do some photography if I get the chance to.
4. If you were able to retire tomorrow, how would you spend your time?
   I would love to have an outside studio and just do Artwork.
5. Who inspires you?
   I’m really inspired by people who go out of their way to show acts of kindness to others.
6. What type of business would you go into, if it wasn’t wholesale?
   I did some training to be a massage therapist in the past; I would probably like to do that.
7. What is the most interesting place you have visited and why?
   Egypt. I remember the bus journey we had from the airport to our hotel and it was amazing just looking at the scenery.
8. What do you like about working at Confex?
   Team Confex! We are a great team and are always there to support each other. I also really enjoy building rapport with both our Members and Supppliers.
