Forum/Marketplace Rules & Terms of Usage

1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately. Repeat posts will be deleted.

2. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.

3. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

4. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behaviour is grounds for deletion from the forums.

5. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material or references will be deleted.

6. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted. In particular members should pay attention to product images used on “for sale” or “wanted” posts.

7. Moderation. All topics and replies are moderated by Confex. Posts will be published immediately but overseen by Confex moderators. Confex reserve the right to remove any topic or reply they deem.

8. Confex will not be held responsible for the accuracy of any posts or links to other websites. The forum feature has been provided in good faith as a service to its members and Confex cannot check/verify all content posted. If you believe anything posted to be inaccurate of in breach of forum rules please report it immediately to the moderators.

9. This marketplace is for selling and buying products and brands that have only been sourced through suppliers. Any trading of black market goods will result in immediate expulsion with any detail passed on to the relevant authorities.

10. Confex Ltd hold no responsibility or liability for any trade that may occur now or in the future between any parties in conjunction with this forum / marketplace.
